PRICE

Retraction and return delays

Disputes
These conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, Galerie Paradis and the Customer will try to resolve it amicably, within the framework either of a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative mode of dispute settlement. If the transaction fails, only the French courts will be competent.
ENTIRETY
In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is declared zero by a change of legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this cannot in any case affect the validity and compliance with all the other provisions of these General conditions of sale.
