In charge of the development of the professional customer portfolio (architects, decorators, companies in various sectors of luxury and fashion, etc.) and the implementation of performance indicators.
Personalized welcome, tailor -made support for our professional customers in the store.
Ensure the interface between customers and the purchase service as part of personalized sourcing. 
On a daily basis, you adopt a strategic development vision
Boost sales by making sure to maintain customer service and an image of the impeccable gallery.
Organization of tailor -made private events to develop networking by offering unique experiences and privileged interactions.

Profile sought:
You are sensitive to design, architecture and arts.
Thanks to an experience of at least 5 years in the sale, you can negotiate and convince high -level interlocutors while offering quality commercial support.
Beyond the diploma we are looking for a person with experience in loyalty, sale, customer relationships.
You are bilingual. 
You know how to be meticulous, methodical, reactive and adaptable.
You know how to manage high -end and demanding customers.
Considered remuneration:
30K Fixed + 30K Commission + Restaurant tickets

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Paradis gallery is looking for a Transport Manager in charge of organizing the
transport in France and internationally.
In a dynamic and fast-growing environment, you will play a central role in
ensuring that each part is transported in the best conditions, in France and abroad
international. You will work closely with a demanding clientele and
high-level transport partners.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:
Logistics and transport organization
• Processing and monitoring of transport quote requests.
• Organization and supervision of transport in France and internationally (Union
European / import / export / groupage).
• Organization of collection and delivery rounds and optimization of schedules.
• Development and management of the network of national and international transport partners
international.
• Entry of logistics information into the database (customs, packaging, delivery note)
transport, CMR, sales certificate).
Flow and inventory management
• Reception, verification, identification and labeling of arrivals.
• Organization and management of inventories, regularization and annual reconciliation of
stocks.
• Control and maintenance of order in stocks and reserves.
Coordination
• Carrying out condition reports on consignment stores.

• Resolution of transport-related hazards, declaration and management of claims.
• Coordination of requests related to packaging, conditioning, customs and
transport insurance formalities.
• Management of export evidence and supervision of customs formalities (import/export).
Process optimization
• Implementation of efficient logistics processes and digitalization of stocks.
• Development and implementation of methodologies and tools to improve the
performances.

REQUIRED PROFILE:
• Autonomous, rigorous, organized and with an excellent sense of anticipation and
of simultaneous execution of multiple tasks.
• Ability to listen, adapt and be comfortable in oral and written communication (mailing and
phoning).
• Notions of packaging techniques.
• Knowledge of customs procedures.
• Adaptability and flexibility in the face of last-minute changes.
• Proficiency in English (essential) and Excel software.
Job requirements:
• Location: Paris (10th arrondissement).
• Contract: Permanent contract, immediate start date.
