Thanks to an experience of at least 5 years in the sale, you can negotiate and convince high -level interlocutors while offering quality commercial support.
Beyond the diploma we are looking for a person with experience in loyalty, sale, customer relationships.
You are bilingual.

Description of the position: The Paradis Gallery is looking for a manager-site transport in charge of the organization of transport in France and internationally. In a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, you will play a central role in ensuring that each part is transported in the best conditions, in France and the international. You will work closely with demanding customers and high -level transport partners.
Your main missions: Logistics and organization of transport • Processing and monitoring of transport quotes requests. • Organization and supervision of transport in France and internationally (Union European / import / export / grouping). • Organization of withdrawal, delivery and optimization of schedules. • Development and management of the network of national carriers and international. • Entering logistics information on the database (customs, packages, transport, CMR, sales certificate). Management of flows and stocks • Reception, verification, identification and labeling of arrivals. • Organization and management of inventories, regularization and annual reconciliation of stocks. • Control and maintenance of order in stocks and reserves. Coordination • Realization of statements of the deposits.
• Resolution of the vagaries linked to transport, declaration and management of claims. • Coordination of requests related to packaging, packaging, customs and Transport insurance formalities. • Management of export and supervision of customs formalities (import/export). Process optimization • Implementation of efficient logistics processes and digitalization of stocks. • Development and implementation of methodologies and tools to improve Performances.
Profile sought: • Autonomous, rigorous, organized and endowed with an excellent sense of anticipation and simultaneous execution of several tasks. • Listening, adaptation and ease in oral and written communication (mailing and phoning). • Notions of packaging techniques. • Knowledge of customs procedures. • Adaptability and flexibility in the face of last minute changes. • Mastery of English (essential) and Excel software.
