For all the parts sent directly from Australia by designer Rachel Donath, customs fees will be the responsibility of customers residing outside Australia and will apply upon receipt of the room.
Deliveries and feedback
Rachel Donath has ships his parts from Australia and offers international delivery. For Europe and the United States, delivery costs are € 20 for any order up to € 500, € 200 for an amount between € 500 and € 2,000, and € 250 beyond .
It is up to you to manage any customs costs or import taxes linked to your order.
In addition, returns are free within 14 days with a refund provided upon receipt and verification of the returned part.
