Nourished by the wild nature of Lozère, Basile Dolfus crafts jewelry like true sculptures, imbued with the power of minerals and plants. Based in the south of France in the heart of the Alpilles, in Jacques Moniquet's workshop, he creates unique pieces in brass or 950 sterling silver, entirely handcrafted.

AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the item is in stock and will be shipped within 48 business hours from order confirmation. For items with a different shipping timeframe, specific information is provided in the product listing — this timeframe takes precedence over the general mention above. We reserve the right to adjust shipping timeframes in the event of an unforeseen stock shortage, without this giving rise to any liability beyond a full refund of the order concerned.

In-store pickup is available under the same availability conditions. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready. In-store pickup is not available on Sundays.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller, except for oversized items (furniture, sofas, and any item indicated as such), which are not eligible for free returns. For these items, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the shipment of oversized items (furniture, sofas) outside continental Europe, a personalised quote will be provided upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.

EACH PIECE IS A SMALL SCULPTURE FOR ME, CARRYING A DEEP LOVE FOR THE MATERIAL, WHETHER MINERAL OR VEGETABLE. I WORK IN THE HEART OF THE ALPILLES, IN LES BAUX-DE-PROVENCE, IN THE WORKSHOP OF JACQUES MONIQUET, A JEWELER WHO PASSED ON KNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE TRANSFORMED INTO A PERSONAL PRACTICE.
