AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the item is in stock and will be shipped within 48 business hours from order confirmation. For items with a different shipping timeframe, specific information is provided in the product listing — this timeframe takes precedence over the general mention above. We reserve the right to adjust shipping timeframes in the event of an unforeseen stock shortage, without this giving rise to any liability beyond a full refund of the order concerned.

In-store pickup is available under the same availability conditions. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready. In-store pickup is not available on Sundays.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller, except for oversized items (furniture, sofas, and any item indicated as such), which are not eligible for free returns. For these items, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the shipment of oversized items (furniture, sofas) outside continental Europe, a personalised quote will be provided upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.

PROJET 213A IS A EUROPEAN DESIGN HOUSE LAUNCHED IN 2021, FOUNDED BY JURGITA DILEVICIUTE, THERESA MARX, AND CLEMENT DEBOEUF. THE BRAND NAME "PROJET 213A" REFERS TO A LONDON ADDRESS WHERE EACH OF THEM LIVED AT DIFFERENT TIMES DURING THEIR STUDIES. JURGITA AND THERESA STUDIED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF THE ARTS LONDON, EARNING DEGREES IN FOOTWEAR AND FASHION DESIGN; CLEMENT HOLDS A FINANCE DEGREE FROM INES PARIS. AFTER SEVERAL YEARS WORKING IN THEIR RESPECTIVE FIELDS, THE GLOBAL LOCKDOWN OF 2020 GAVE THE FOUNDERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK TOGETHER AND ESTABLISH PROJET 213A. THE BRAND EMPHASIZES TRADITIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP WITH THE GOAL OF CREATING LASTING DESIGN PIECES THAT DON'T FOLLOW TRENDS. ALL PRODUCTS ARE PRODUCED LOCALLY IN PROJET 213A'S IN-HOUSE CERAMIC AND WOOD WORKSHOPS, WITH THE HELP OF SKILLED ARTISANS IN NORTHERN PORTUGAL. THE PORTUGUESE HERITAGE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP ALSO HAS A STRONG INFLUENCE ON THE BRAND'S DESIGN PRACTICE. TO HONOR THIS, THE BRAND NAMES MOST OF ITS COLLECTIONS AFTER PORTUGUESE CITIES AND REGIONS.
