AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the item is in stock and will be shipped within 48 business hours from order confirmation. For items with a different shipping timeframe, specific information is provided in the product listing — this timeframe takes precedence over the general mention above. We reserve the right to adjust shipping timeframes in the event of an unforeseen stock shortage, without this giving rise to any liability beyond a full refund of the order concerned.

In-store pickup is available under the same availability conditions. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready. In-store pickup is not available on Sundays.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller, except for oversized items (furniture, sofas, and any item indicated as such), which are not eligible for free returns. For these items, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the shipment of oversized items (furniture, sofas) outside continental Europe, a personalised quote will be provided upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.

CUSTOMS FEES
For any delivery outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be required upon receipt. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are neither included in the displayed price nor in the shipping costs. "AFTER A SHORT CAREER AS AN ACTOR/DANCER FOR JAN FABRE, I STUDIED AT ARTS ET MÉTIERS IN BRUSSELS, IN THE CABINETMAKING DEPARTMENT. THEN, I ASSISTED A MASTER, RALPH HILLENBRAND, WHO REFINED MY TRAINING. AFTER THREE YEARS, I WAS READY TO WORK AS AN INDEPENDENT CABINETMAKER/DESIGNER FOR 25 YEARS. IN 2003, IN COLLABORATION WITH THE AUCTION HOUSE PIERRE BERGÉ BRUSSELS, I ORGANIZED THE SALE OF PROTOTYPES BY OTHER DESIGNERS. IN 2006, I CREATED D&A LAB, A COMPANY PRODUCING LIMITED SERIES OF FUNCTIONAL OBJECTS DESIGNED BY CONTEMPORARY ARTISTS SUCH AS JONATHAN MONK, ANN VERONICA JANSSENS, AND MANY OTHERS. WE WERE SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN DESIGN FAIRS SUCH AS DESIGN MIAMI, BASEL, FORM LONDON, ETC. IN 2012, I WAS APPOINTED AS PRODUCTION DIRECTOR AT THE FONDATION DES GALERIES LAFAYETTE IN PARIS, WHICH LED ME TO COLLABORATE WITH ARTISTS SUCH AS LUTZ BACHER, HELLA JONGERIUS, JEAN-LUC MOULÈNE, AND MARTIN MARGIELA. IN 2020, THE CORONAVIRUS CRISIS MADE ME RECONSIDER MY LIFE CHOICES. WE DECIDED TO LEAVE THE CITY TO MOVE TO THE FRENCH COUNTRYSIDE AND RETURN TO MY ORIGINAL PASSION AS A FURNITURE MAKER."
