Moon M40 lamp in white alabaster by A.D.U Studios. The only lamp in the world capable of reproducing the moon phases in real time. 

Ideal for placing on the floor or a console, its generous diameter fully showcases the unique texture of alabaster.
Two lighting modes: Contemplation, where the lamp turns on only when the moon is visible above the horizon and turns off when it sets; and Everlit, allowing the lamp to glow at any time.

For first-time setup, download and open the MOON app to send the time and location.

AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the item is in stock and will be shipped within 48 business hours from order confirmation. For items with a different shipping timeframe, specific information is provided in the product listing — this timeframe takes precedence over the general mention above. We reserve the right to adjust shipping timeframes in the event of an unforeseen stock shortage, without this giving rise to any liability beyond a full refund of the order concerned.

In-store pickup is available under the same availability conditions. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready. In-store pickup is not available on Sundays.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller, except for oversized items (furniture, sofas, and any item indicated as such), which are not eligible for free returns. For these items, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the shipment of oversized items (furniture, sofas) outside continental Europe, a personalised quote will be provided upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.

CUSTOMS FEES
For any delivery outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be required upon receipt. A.D.U. Studios was founded by Vadim A.F. Popowsky in 2022, operating between Antwerp and Lisbon. The studio was born from a deep passion for interior spaces and a desire to combine material craftsmanship with technological precision. In collaboration with specialized artisans, designers, and engineers, A.D.U. shapes design objects that evoke emotion, wonder, and contemplation. Each piece embodies a philosophy of contemplation: creating moments of pause and connection in everyday life. The studio uses natural materials such as Estremoz marble and alabaster, sculpted by time, combined with custom electronic components to create objects that transcend eras. The name ADU (A Deeper Understanding) reflects Vadim's philosophy: to spark reflection, awaken curiosity, and create works that invite contemplation.
