DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the item is in stock and will be shipped within 48 business hours from order confirmation. For items with a different shipping timeframe, specific information is provided in the product listing — this timeframe takes precedence over the general mention above. We reserve the right to adjust shipping timeframes in the event of an unforeseen stock shortage, without this giving rise to any liability beyond a full refund of the order concerned.

In-store pickup is available under the same availability conditions. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready. In-store pickup is not available on Sundays.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller, except for oversized items (furniture, sofas, and any item indicated as such), which are not eligible for free returns. For these items, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the shipment of oversized items (furniture, sofas) outside continental Europe, a personalised quote will be provided upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.

CUSTOMS FEES
For any delivery outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be required upon receipt. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are neither included in the displayed price nor in the shipping costs. The seller cannot be held liable for these charges or for any delay related to customs procedures.

JULIE ROBERT

IN 2013, JULIE ROBERT DISCOVERED CONTEMPORARY WEAVING IN ICELAND. DEEPLY MOVED BY THE LANDSCAPES, SHE SET ASIDE HER BRUSHES AND CAMERA TO EXPLORE TEXTILES. IN HER STUDIO IN THE SOUTH OF FRANCE, SHE CREATES MONUMENTAL WALL HANGINGS, BLENDING NATURAL FIBERS, ARTISANAL TECHNIQUES, AND ORGANIC FORMS. ARCHITECTS, LUXURY HOTELS, AND COLLECTORS CALL UPON HER EXPERTISE TO INTEGRATE HER PIECES INTO LARGE-SCALE ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS. ATTENTIVE TO SPATIAL AND AESTHETIC CONSTRAINTS, SHE DESIGNS BESPOKE WORKS THAT ENHANCE THE VOLUMES OF A SPACE. ALWAYS IN SEARCH OF NEW DIMENSIONS, SHE NOW INTEGRATES CERAMICS INTO HER COMPOSITIONS, PLAYING ON THE DIALOGUES BETWEEN TEXTILE, EARTH AND ARCHITECTURE.
