"Petipié" coffee table in recycled papier mâché, hand made by the Henri Dejeant workshop. This piece harmoniously combines design as well as sustainability. Its minimalist line and soothing curves create an original and authentic atmosphere.
Crafted using his signature “Molding Up” technique, and a refined blend of Plaster of Paris, plant-based flour, and recycled paper, this piece reflects Henri Dejeant’s commitment to eco-conscious, sustainable design.
Each creation is one of a kind, distinguished by its unique shades, textures, and character, a true reflection of the care and precision behind its making.

AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the item is in stock and will be shipped within 48 business hours from order confirmation. For items with a different shipping timeframe, specific information is provided in the product listing — this timeframe takes precedence over the general mention above. We reserve the right to adjust shipping timeframes in the event of an unforeseen stock shortage, without this giving rise to any liability beyond a full refund of the order concerned.

In-store pickup is available under the same availability conditions. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready. In-store pickup is not available on Sundays.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller, except for oversized items (furniture, sofas, and any item indicated as such), which are not eligible for free returns. For these items, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the shipment of oversized items (furniture, sofas) outside continental Europe, a personalised quote will be provided upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.

CUSTOMS FEES
For any delivery outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be required upon receipt. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are neither included in the displayed price nor in the shipping costs. HENRI DEJEANT LIVES AND WORKS IN BÉZIERS. SINCE CHILDHOOD, HE HAS EXPLORED FLEA MARKETS, FASCINATED BY OBJECTS, STYLES, AND INDUSTRIAL DESIGN FROM THE 1950S. HIS FIRST STUDIO WAS ESTABLISHED IN MOROCCO, IN MIRLEFT, WHERE HE BEGAN EXPERIMENTING WITH RECYCLED NEWSPAPER. TODAY, IN HIS EPONYMOUS STUDIO, HE DEVELOPS AN ECOLOGICAL MATERIAL COMBINING PLASTER, PLANT-BASED GLUE, AND SHREDDED NEWSPAPER. THIS HAND-WORKED MIXTURE LENDS ITSELF TO VARIOUS TECHNIQUES: OPEN-MOLD STAMPING (INVIDER LAMP, PETIPIÉ TABLE), CLOSED-MOLD INJECTION (SPLITT PENDANT), OR THIN-LAYER APPLICATION OVER A STRUCTURE (AMBA FLOOR LAMP). EACH PIECE IS PRODUCED IN SMALL OR LIMITED SERIES, BEARING THE TRACE OF THE HAND. HE EMBRACES A FREE AND INTUITIVE APPROACH, AT THE INTERSECTION OF SCULPTURE, DESIGN, AND ECO-CONCEPTION.
