For all pieces shipped directly from Australia by designer Rachel Donath, customs duties will be the responsibility of customers residing outside of Australia and will apply upon receipt of the piece.
DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
Rachel Donath ships her pieces from Australia and offers international delivery. For Europe and the United States, delivery charges are €20 for any order up to €500, €200 for orders between €500 and €2,000, and €250 for orders above that.
You are responsible for handling any customs duties or import taxes related to your order. This product is currently being manufactured and will be shipped within 12 to 13 weeks.
IN ADDITION, RETURNS ARE FREE WITHIN 14 DAYS WITH A GUARANTEED REFUND UPON RECEIPT AND VERIFICATION OF THE RETURNED PART.
