Collection of ceramic wall lights designed in collaboration with Dutch designer Marianne Smink, the Tiles are made in a workshop located north of Coimbra, Portugal.

The hand-shaped tiles are screen-printed in natural tones. Indirect lighting diffuses a soft and warm glow. As each tile is handmade, every wall light is unique, with variations in colour and subtle imperfections that reflect the charm of artisanal production.

LED bulb 9W included. Ambient lighting. The electrical connection is located at the lower back of the lamp. If you do not have a wall power outlet, a 180 cm white textile cable with “torpedo” switch is available as an option.

VIOLAINE D’HARCOURT

VIOLAINE D'HARCOURT IS A LIGHTING DESIGNER BORN IN PARIS IN 1987. SINCE HER CHILDHOOD, SHE HAS DEVELOPED HER ARTISTIC SENSITIVITY THROUGH DRAWING, SCULPTURE AND MODELING. SHE THEN STUDIED INTERIOR DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE AT CAMONDO IN PARIS, THEN AT SCUOLA POLITECNICA IN MILAN.

AFTER EXPERIENCES IN DESIGN PRODUCTION AT STUDIO JACOPO FOGGINI IN MILAN, AT FEDERICO CHURBA IN BUENOS AIRES AND AT GALERIE KREO IN PARIS, SHE STARTED CREATING HER OWN LIGHTS, CONVINCED THAT A THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED LIGHT CAN BRING LIGHT ADDITIONAL SOUL NEEDED IN ANY LIVING SPACE.

MADE OF BLOWN GLASS, TURNED WOOD, CERAMIC, MARBLE AND LIMESTONE, ITS LIGHTINGS ARE PRODUCED BETWEEN FRANCE AND PORTUGAL. THEIR MANUFACTURING RESULTS FROM A FAIR BALANCE BETWEEN CRAFT AND INDUSTRY, GUARANTEEING ITS CUSTOMERS QUALITY AND DURABILITY.

SHE LIVES IN LISBON SINCE 2021 AND WORKS BETWEEN PORTUGAL AND FRANCE.
