Mawé Attaher

A concept, a signature, a brand that offers works of art, each made in very few copies, each holding the same identity:

That of a meeting between a desert that remained intact and the West.

A nomadic Tuareg and a Parisian designer Franco Beninese.

He creates what she draws. An association of sister souls in order to transmit.
"Ahmed and I met when I was a child.
I lived at Ma-Ma-Reine (Joe Neuvy), formerly an artistic agent, and Ahmed was one of his artists.
Each summer, Ahmed flew from Agadez to join us, several weeks, a few months.
This man fascinated me, the appearance of a sultan, the representation of genius from Africa, crowned with money and dressed in Indigo. Of rare elegance and sweetness, we attached ourselves to each other quickly.
We both was inspired.
Each summer, he saw me grew up, and he, at the same appearance, continued to inspire me;
To date, it was my only representation of Africa, since my father, by his rare presence, gave me too little on my double culture, Ahmed brought me his wealth, and his enhancement.
Africa, part of my roots identified with this friend, very quickly named "soul brother".
The promise of an artistic connection, brought us to this creation path, towards the union of our two names: Mawé Attaher. "
